Exhibitors & Sponsors
The eighth annual ReFrame Conference will bring together about four dozen home repair organizations from across the country to Kingsport, Tennessee on November 8 & 9, 2018. This is a unique opportunity for sponsors and exhibitors to interact directly with about 150 leaders from these nonprofits; this represents significant purchasing power.
The conference will feature an exhibit area for approved vendors to meet conference attendees and display their products and/or services. The cost for one exhibit table is $375. The cost includes one table, one chair, and one conference registration.
Sponsorship levels range from $475 to $1,000. The benefits, which vary by level, include: sponsor logo & website link on ReFrame website, verbal recognition during the conference, recognition in a post-conference e-mail blast, ad in conference program booklet, conference registration, exhibitor booth, and banner space in the main conference meeting room.

. The number of sponsors and exhibitors will be limited. Space will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your space. Sponsors and exhibitors should be relevant to the audience of the conference (nonprofit home repair staff: executive directors, volunteer managers, construction managers, etc.). ReFrame Association reserves the right to approve or disapprove sponsors and exhibitors for any reason.

For just a little more than the cost of exhibiting or sponsoring the conference, you can become a business partner member of ReFrame Association. In addition to a complimentary conference exhibit or sponsorship, benefits include a listing in our on-line directory, and e-mail blasts about your company sent to about 500 employees of home repair nonprofits.
