Meet the Staff
Becca Davis has been involved with low-income home repairs since 1996 when she was a high school volunteer for Appalachia Service Project. She served as full-time staff for ASP for 8 years, most recently as Chief Ministries Officer. Becca has a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Eastern University. After visiting other home repair organizations working in Appalachia, Becca dreamed of a formal way for the nonprofits to collaborate. She organized the first ReFrame Conference in 2011 and incorporated ReFrame Association (2013) and ReFrame Foundation (2018) with co-founder Chris Manley. Becca is also the founder of a giving circle, 100+ Tri-Cities Women Who Care. She resides in Jonesborough, Tennessee with her husband, son, daughter, cat, and dog.
